Josh and his team once again went above and beyond with some sheetrock and deck repairs we needed as we get our home ready to sell. We never feel taken advantage of or like he’s going to upsell us. Definitely give them a call!

When I moved to Houston, I didn’t know anyone, and I found Josh and several other companies online. I’m glad I trusted my gut and went with Josh. He’s a good dude, and I’ve gotten to know his team. We had some unfinished master bathroom renovation from our previous contractor. I reached out to Modern Home Improvement to get a quote and they were very responsive. Josh and his team were so easy to work with! Nathan, the project manager was always accessible and responsive! Everyone in their team were very respectful of our space and cleaned up after a days of work! I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends. Their customer service is commendable!
